Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A card on file is required for all bookings.
For Brazilian, facial, and full body services, a $20 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost.
Deposits may be transferred once if you reschedule with at least 12 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or for no-show appointments.
In the case of an emergency, exceptions may be made at my discretion.
Please arrive on time. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
